Oh my word! I just learned the news and I'm terribly saddened, Kathy and Billy. This is Shari (Renaud) Hemsley. My heart goes out to you and to your families. Your Dad was such a part of my life both at Holy Cross and then Bishop Grimes. A very special man. He always had a great bear hug for me and a joke ready. He seemed to have nicknames for people he liked to tease; mine was Cindy Lou, my mother's was Dirty Annie! If there is anything I can do, I would gladly do it. My sincere regards to all of you. Mr. Emm worked at Holy Cross when I attended, and his daughter Kathy was my classmate through graduation. I remember him as dedicated and disciplined but never mean, and you always knew you were in good hands when he was on the job at the school. Holy Cross was lucky to have him there and so were the many students that knew him. He was a good man and you can't do better than that in this world. May he rest in peace.

My prayers and sympathy to Donnie's family. He was a cousin that I remember as a child when I was at my Grandmother Randall's house on Briggs Street across from his home. Many years have passed but I remember him well . He was always kind and helpful . Bless you all at this time.
