To the family, I had the pleasure of connecting on many occasions with Bob as a fellow attorney in Syracuse. In fact, my first trial experience was with Bob in Oswego County. I am saddened at the passing of Mr. Coulter. I learned a great deal from him when I was employed at my first legal assistant position at the Coulter Law Firm back in the 1980s. I will always remember his kindness and making sure if I needed any assistance in the learning process that he and others in the firm would assist.
