I used to date Tom when I was in high school....loved his banjo playing. My best memory of Mrs. Marris was her incredible oatmeal chocolate chip cookies. I still make that recipe for my children and grandchildren.
She was a really nice lady and I am so sorry for your loss....love Debbi

As a former "Tauntonite" I remember George & Georgia Marris well, both through various social functions they attended with my parents, Bob & Doris, and from attending services at the Presbyterian church.
I must admit to losing track of many of the neighbors I grew up knowing up and the last time I saw George & Georgia was when they attended the calling hours for my father in January, 2004. It was a very cold and snowy day and they were the first to arrive to pay their respects. It was greatly appreciated.
Times flies all too quickly and Taunton has once again lost a very nice resident.
Our best wishes to Mr. Marris, Ed, Tom and families.
Robert (Bobby) Holcomb and wife Nancy, Liverpool, NY.
