Robert Gary Kraushaar, 57, of Fairmount passed away unexpectedly Tuesday. Born in Corinth, he was a graduate of Westhill High School, and attended Onondaga Community College. He was a truck driver for L.C.L. Bulk Transit for many years before working for Caledonia Haulers. He enjoyed gardening, weightlifting, he coached Pop Warner Football in Eastwood, and he was an avid reader. He was predeceased by his sister, Barbara Kraushaar Covey in 1994.
Survivors: his wife of 26 years, Cynthia (West) Kraushaar; sons, Dean, Eric, Brian, and Collin; his parents Robert A. and Mary Kraushaar; sister, Phyllis (Michael) Honsinger; seven nieces and nephews.
Services: 10:00 a.m. Saturday at St. Mark's Episcopal Church, 1612 W. Genesee St.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the SPCA, 5878 E. Molloy Rd., Syracuse, NY 13211.
