Lillian M. Balestra Fangio, 90, of Camillus passed away Saturday. Born in Syracuse, she was a graduate of Vocational High School. Lillian was a communicant of Holy Family Church and had worked for FW Woolworth, as well as Porter Elementary. Survivors: her husband of 59 years, Nicola Fangio, daughter, Cynthia (Joseph) Goss of Westvale, Dr. Robert (Mary Lannon) Fangio of Westvale; grandchildren, Dr. Andrew Goss, Larissa Goss, Maria (Juan) Sandoval of the Dominican Republic, and Monica Fangio; several nieces and nephews here and in Italy. The family would like to express their gratitude to the staff of St. Camillus for all their care. Services: 10 a.m. Wednesday at Tindall Funeral Home and 10:30 a.m. at Holy Family Church. Interment will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery, Mausoleum, DeWitt. Calling hours will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home, 1921 W Genesee St, Syracuse. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Holy Family Church, 127 Chapel Dr., Syracuse, NY 13219.
