Obituary of Marie A. Doran

Marie A. Doran, 74, a lifelong resident of Tipp Hill passed away Thursday at Crouse Hospital. Born in Syracuse, she was a graduate of Vocational High School and Bryant & Stratton. Marie worked many years with AT&T and would later work at Sears and several home care agencies. She was a communicant of St. Patrick Church, a eucharistic minister and former confirmation teacher. She was predeceased by her parents Thomas and Mildred Doran. Survivors: brothers, John (Dema) Doran of California, Paul Doran of Syracuse; several nieces and nephews. Services: A Calling hour will be 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. Wednesday at Tindall Funeral Home, 1921 W Genesee St, Syracuse. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10:00 am Wednesday at St. Patrick Church after the calling hour. The Rite of Committal and burial will follow in Oakwood Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Patrick Church, 216 N. Lowell Ave, Syracuse, NY 13204.
