Mrs. Spafford, Colleen, Mike, and Bob: I can always remember your Dad with a smile on his face, sitting on the porch listening to the baseball games in the summer. Growing up I can remember him loading up his drum equipment on the weekends as he always had a place to play. After our Dad died, he always looked out for Mom next door something we will always be greatful for. He was a part of the neighbor that made it a great place to grow up in. When we told out daughter of his passing she immediately said she always remember him greeting us with a smile from the porch as we would get out o of the car in the driveway. He will always be remembered. Tim and Elaine

Mike, Colleen and family; My condolences on the passing of your father. He was a nice man that will be missed by many. I'm thankful I was able to see him on my last visit to Syracuse, he was always nice to me.

We're so sorry to hear of Mr. Spafford's passing. He was our neighbor as we grew up and would always have a smile on his face. As we grew older and married and moved away from Schuyler Street, when we would go to my mom's he would be out on the porch and greet us with that smile and a joke! He will definitely be missed by all. Our prayers and condolences to Mrs. Spafford, Colleen, Mike, and Bobby.
