Joan Wright, 85, of Marcellus passed away to be with the Lord after a long illness Sunday, May 14, 2017 at The Centers At St. Camillus. Born in Syracuse, she worked as a waitress at The Fairway and several other area restaurants. She was predeceased by her sons, Robert and John and her sister, Marilyn (Al) Lawton.
Survivors: daughters, Carol Wright of Camillus and Lynn Wright of Westvale; grandchildren, Earl Monday of E. Syracuse and Jessica DiBiasio of Auburn; several nieces and nephews.
Services: Calling hours will be 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm Wednesday June 7, at Tindall Funeral Home, 1921 W Genesee St. Syracuse with a Prayer Service to follow at 6:00pm. Burial at a later date will be in Hillside Memorial Cemetery, Central Square.
