Florence E. O'Brien, of Solvay, beloved mother, grandmother and great grandmother, passed away Wednesday at Iroquois Nursing Home in Jamesville. She was a member of Solvay United Methodist Church.
Survivors: daughter, Deborah Cyprys; son, Jack O'Brien; five grandchildren, Kimberly, Kerry, Kyle, Jacob, and Joshua; two great grandchildren, Liam, Aiden, and two on the way. Florence was preceded in death by her husband, Patrick in 2007.
The family would like to send a special thank you to the staff at Iroquois Nursing Home.
Services: Calling hours will be 5 to 7p.m. Tuesday at Tindall Funeral Home, 1921 W Genesee St, Syracuse, NY. Private burial will be in Belle Isle Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, 5008 Brittonfield Parkway, Suite 300, E. Syracuse, NY 13057.
