Grace M. Dashner, 86, of Syracuse passed away Wednesday. Born in Syracuse, she was a homemaker. She was active daily with the PACE program and enjoyed playing bingo. Grace was predeceased by her parents, Robert and Emily Schmunk, her 4 sisters, 2 brothers, and her husband, Richard Dashner.
Survivors: sons, Robert (Helen) Schaefer, Richard (Rhona) Tavernia, John (Tina) Tavernia; many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren.
Services: 10 a.m. Tuesday at Tindall Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Belle Isle Cemetery. Calling hours will be 5 to 7p.m. Monday at Tindall Funeral Home, 1921 W Genesee St, Syracuse, NY.
In lieu of flowers, contributions to the Carol M. Baldwin Breast Cancer Research Fund of CNY, 105 Samovar Circle, Camillus, NY 13031.
