My condolences to the Richardson family. Perry was a great guy - very friendly, great sense of humor! I feel fortunate to have met him and to have been able to call him a friend. I loved hearing his stories, his take and our discussions about Australian racing, particularly Bathurst and racing Holdens. He will certainly be missed. God bless...

Like everyone who knew Perry, I was very shocked and saddened to hear of his passing. Perry was a great guy and I really enjoyed his company and wonderful sense of humor. I still have the framed Australian $50 he lost to me I when the US beat Australia in the America's Cup.
I am sorry we will not be in town for Perry's services but be assured we will miss him and say a prayer for him.

How do you express how much a dad means to you. Add on top of that a dad like mine. My dad was the dad that took all the neighborhood kids on bike rides and played kickball with us. My mom would be ready with peroxide and Band-Aids for when we got back. Lol I don't think a man could love a dog more then he loved Max. He loved to babysit!!! We tried so hard not to give Max human food but dad did not have that. Max always got his own plate for holiday dinners. Everyone knew that if you needed a ride home in the middle of the night you call my dad. He would always come no matter what. My life will never be the same. I love you dad!!!

I am saddened to hear of Perry's passing. He was such a great guy. I have many great memories of Perry. From our weekends spent at the dirt track to our PZO Sundays at the state fair. I could also say he was a great car salesmen. Who could say no to that quirky personality and Australian accent. I had gone to the dealership to test drive a car I was looking to buy. I had a for sale sign on my car parked in the parking lot. When we got back someone was looking at my car. Perry went over to talk to them and before I knew it he had sold my car and sold me a new one. I can see that smile now. Wendy and family my thoughts are with you. May all the great memories and that smile get you through the difficult days ahead. Perry will surely be missed.

To Perry's family:
My sincere sympathies to you for your loss. I had the pleasure of working with him for many years at Bresee Chevrolet and at East Syracuse Chevrolet. What a wonderful, pleasant and funny man he was. Always had a "Good Morning" and a smiling face for everyone. I also had the pleasure of working with Ryan at Tully's when he was a mere busboy! A "chip off the old block" if I ever saw one. Perry will certainly be missed.

There are not words to fully describe Perry. Even though I was a little girl he always accepted me as one of the boys at the racetrack, making me scrape mud off of the car and teaching me to change the tires. However, he also understood the princess side to me. I'll never forget one birthday when I recieved a cake from him saying "Number 1 Mudscraper" and when we made my favorite driver come over to the trailer and wish me a happy birthday. He touched my heart in many ways. My thoughts go out to the family during this extremely difficult time. I will miss you Perry

Perry, I'll miss hearing you say "Good & you?", when you stopped to chat for a few moments, usually on your way to help a customer. You cared about everyone, how they were doing & it showed. You were so very proud of, and deeply loved, your wonderful family. You were kind enough to share them with us, your work family. I will miss your presence here in this life, but hope to meet up with you in the next. We were so lucky to have you here at East Syracuse Chevy for as long as we did. I'm so grateful to have met you. Deepest condolences, love & prayers to your family. Perry - remember what you always said - " Behave yourself & go straight home! "

To my friend Perry: It was a great pleasure knowing you. Your humor and excitement for life was incredible. I remember one of the first days working with you, I snuck up from behind you and scared you. You jumped a mile. Its been a sad day here at the dealership knowing we have lost such a priceless coworker. You had a caring heart. You displayed that often. Good-bye my friend, We will meet again.

Kara, myself and the boys are so sorry for your loss. This summer won't be the same without Perry's comical quips and genuine smile. I really loved chatting with him and making jokes while sitting in the backyard overlooking the pond. The familiar whine of his RC car accompanied by a sudden thud of impact into some immovable object followed by a groan of "oh crap" will surely be missed. He was a great person and always brightened my day. Please let us know if you guys need anything. God bless.
