I met Trudy when I was only 19 yrs old in 1996 when I went to work at BCBS of CNY. I was hired as secretary to the VP of BS and I also did all of Trudy's secretarial work. She was one of the very first women management at BCBS and she was one wonderful intelligent caring woman. She was strict with her employees but they all respected and adored her as a person and a boss because she earned her respect. This woman taught me so many life lessons and she shared the good, the bad, and the ugly aspects of my life journey. I worked there 26 yrs and I worked there past Trudy's own retirement. She treated me just like a daughter and we had a wonderful close relationship throughout many years. Just a terrific classy lady and she will be missed. Rest in peace Trudy. "Death is a heartache no one can heal; but the memory is something no one can steal." (Taken from an unknown Irish tombstone.) Love, Kathie Chapel Corry
