My condolences to the Epp family. The death of a loved one can be devastating. However, the Bible's promise of the resurrection has brought me great comfort. Please be assured that God promises to do away with death (Isaiah 25:8). Soon, death will be a thing of the past (Revelation 21:3,4).

We are so sorry to hear this sad news. He was a nice man and always ready to help you out. One day he came over to help lift our very heavy hot tub onto the deck - not a job that many people would volunteer for. We were always aware of how much he loved his son and I know he will be missed. May comforting angels be with your family at this time - please know you are all in our prayers.

Phil gave us much help when we purchased our home in the country. He came prepared with all painting equipment and dove in to do most of it himself. I also worked closely with him at Alcan in Oswego. Prayers to your family during this very sad time. God bless all of you. And Ryan, I remember you, but you were just a young boy when I last saw you. Take care.

I knew Phil from SUNY Oswego - he was a friend of my roommate Chris Castellon - My memory of Phil was that he was always joking and laughing, making the best times out of nothing ! RIP Phil

I am so so sorry to here about Phil , I will never forget all the great times we had in high school and at Song. Over the years I was fortunate to cross paths with Phil many times usually just a quick hug and a hi how are you -( he was always bragging about his boy ) Phil was a unique guy with a mind that was always going ! :) When I think of him I smile and boy those baby blues were always twinkling. My heart and prayers are with all of you . Ryan I hope our paths cross on the mountain one day , your dad had a heart of gold and boy could he ski !!!

Dear Ryan,
I am saddened to hear about the lose of your Dad. Janet Corso sent it to me. Her mom recently passed away the same week her brother in law died.
I am very sorry for your lose. I loved our time together, winter skiing and all.I was so bad at it and laughing etc. I always thought you were so nice and have so much potential. I hope you are using it wisely. You are welcome to our camp next summer. We are getting a new pontoon boat and I can take you skiing. We did major renovations to the camp. It looks nice but still is not winterized.
I loved how well you managed the lawn mower all those years. And how Phil taught you to help anyone in need. You both would always run to someones aid. My Dad had me cut the grass with the the old push one. I had to put out my hand for a left or right turn to practice before he would take me out in a car There were many good qualities your father possessed. I hope they will be cherished. Phil loved you with all his heart. Love Diana #14
