Obituary of Lisa A. Curtin

Lisa (Felicia) Curtin, 43, passed away peacefully on Friday, at Upstate University Hospital, after her arduous ordeal with cancer. Her loving family and friends were with her the last few days of her life. Lisa was born in Binghamton, October 3, 1970 and lived in Syracuse most of her life. She is the daughter of Thomas Curtin of Syracuse and Donna Curtin of Syracuse. She graduated from Solvay High School and the University of Phoenix. She was very compassionate and had a great love for children and those most in need. She will be remembered for her love of adventure and risk-taking and being a loyal, faithful friend. Survivors: her parents; her brothers, Sean Curtin, of Binghamton, Rick Buck, Tom (Karen) Buck, of Syracuse; several nieces; and a large extended family of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends especially Kym Footy and family. The family is grateful for the excellent and compassionate care she received from her doctor, Nurse practitioner and the nursing staff in the Oncology Unit. Services: 6:00 p.m. Tuesday at Tindall Funeral Home. Calling hours will be 4 to 6 p.m. Tuesday prior to the service at the funeral home, 1921 W. Genesee St. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Your Favorite Charity.
