Carol Ann Waters, 60, of Camillus, passed away Wednesday at Upstate University Hospital. Born in Syracuse, she was a graduate of St. Charles, Bishop Ludden High School, Bryant and Stratton, and Syracuse University. She had worked many years for the Syracuse Chamber of Commerce, Syracuse Hancock Int’l Airport, and most recently was the Director of Finance for MACNY. Carol was a communicant of Holy Family Church, where she was a Eucharistic minister, taught children’s liturgy, and was a confirmation teacher. She predeceased by her mother, Shirley L. Waters in 2010, niece, Jennifer in 2006, and brother in law, Frank in 2007. Survivors: her father, William “Bill” Waters; sister, Kathleen Strzelec of Hillsborough, NJ; brother, John (Susan) Waters of Ormond Beach, FL; uncle, Robert Adsit; special friend, Mario Vitale; aunt, Mary Elizabeth Webster; nieces, Erin (Jonathan) and Alicia (Michael); nephews, Jason (Jennifer) and Daniel (Sarah); 5 grand nieces and nephews. Services: 9:30 a.m. Saturday July 27, at Tindall Funeral Home and 10:00 a.m. Saturday at Holy Family Church, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated. The Rite of Committal and burial will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery, DeWitt Calling hours will be 4 to 7 p.m. Friday July 26, at the funeral home, 1921 W Genesee St. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Holy Family Church, Youth Ministry, 127 Chapel Dr., Syracuse, NY 13219
