Timothy P. Adams May 31, 2013 Timothy Patrick “Tim” Adams, 48, of Solvay passed away Friday. Born in Syracuse, he was a graduate of Christian Brothers Academy, attended Clarkson University, and graduated Magna Cum Laude from SUNY Cortland. Tim was currently General Sales Manager for Haines Publishing. He was a member of the Sons of the American Legion Post 1832 in Mattydale. Tim was an avid bowler and member of the Mike Squires Memorial League and had several 300 games to his credit. He was an avid golfer, Notre Dame and Yankees fan. He was pre deceased by his grandparents, John and Genevieve Adams, James and Dorothy Smith, and his uncle, Garry Adams. Survivors: his mother, Susan Smith Adams; father, John “Jack” (Marilyn) Adams; brothers, Sean M. (Lori) Adams of Long Branch, NJ, Terrence (Mary) Adams of Fairport, NY; one niece and two nephews; several aunts, uncles, and cousins. Services: 9 a.m. Wednesday at Tindall Funeral Home and at 9:30 a.m. at St. Brigid-St. Joseph Church, Syracuse where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated. The Rite of Committal and burial will follow in St. Francis Xavier Cemetery, Marcellus. Calling hours will be 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home, 1921 W Genesee St, Syracuse. In lieu of flowers, contributions to the Epilepsy Foundation, 8301 Professional Place, Landover, MD 20785, or a charity of your choice.
