Obituary of Michael J. Prevo

Michael James Prevo, AKA Mike Victory, 56, of Syracuse passed away November 25 at home. He was born in Syracuse and previously worked for Syracuse Signal. Mike attained his GED, achieved sobriety for over 8 years, quit smoking cigarettes, and took steps to better himself. His hobbies included shopping for jewelry, admiring muscle cars, and watching movies and tv shows. Every morning a nice extra large hot coffee, 13 sugar and 5 cream and enjoying a cold pepsi during the day. He loved our cats (L-lulu) despite what he said sometimes. He loved our mom so much. He enjoyed cooking but most of all we loved his rice, if you know you know. We don’t have much to say but he loved all his family and friends. May he rest and peace with all the cold ears he could squeeze. And may he see mom on the other side. MOSE EARA

Preceded in death by his father, James Prevo Sr; his wife, Jamie Prevo, and brother, Frank Prevo.

Survivors: his children, James Prevo (38), Tracy Prevo (37) , Lillian Prevo (34), Lisa Prevo (33), Michael (Mikey) Prevo Jr (29), Britney Sizelove (24), Jaia Victory (19), Sarah Victory (17), Faith Prevo (16), Nathan Prevo (15); his mother, Lillian Prevo; grandchildren, Madison (16), Makayla (14), Mackenzie (8), Christopher (5), Sophia (14), Tyler (10), Emma (7), Lily (6); cousins, Brenda, Theresa; friends: Theresa (TT), Mike.
