Linda Murphy Morrone March 2, 2013 Linda Ann Murphy Morrone, 61, formerly of North Syracuse passed away Saturday surrounded by her family. Born in Syracuse, she was a graduate of Bishop Ludden High School. She received a degree in accounting from Niagara University in 1972 where she met her husband of 41 years, James. Linda enjoyed horseback riding, jet skiing, skiing, volleyball, and traveling, but her real joy in life was following her children and grandchildren's sports and interests. She was predeceased by her parents, Donald and Geneva Murphy Jr. and her brother, Donald Murphy III. Survivors: her husband, James Morrone; her children, Jacquelyn Ruffolo, David (Michelle) Morrone, Kelly Morrone; brother, Daniel (Dany) Wappler; grandchildren, Marissa and Jacob Ruffolo, Anthony, James, Grace Morrone; uncle, John (Colleen) Murphy, brother in law, Lawrence Manfre; sister in law, Ellen (Robert) Murphy Flynn; nieces and nephews, Carrie, Chris, Kevin, Sean, Conor, Brice, Evan, Moira, Sophia, Richard, Carolyn, Antoine; a grandnephew, several grandnieces and several cousins. Services: 9:30 a.m. Wednesday at Tindall Funeral Home and 10:00 a.m. Wednesday at St. Ann's Church, 4471 Onondaga Blvd., where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated. The Rite of Committal and burial will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery, DeWitt. Calling hours will be 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home, 1921 W Genesee St.
