Obituary of Constance M. Stoddard

Constance Martha (Noro) Stoddard, 99, of Westvale died Saturday at Iroquois Nursing Home with family members by her side. Born in Oswego, she was raised in Liverpool and graduated from Liverpool High School in 1942. Connie worked for Franklin Air Cool Motors were they built engines for the war. This is where she met her husband Charles W. Stoddard of 59 years. He predeceased her in 2004. She eventually went to work for the Internal Revenue Service. She was a member of the Fairmount Community Church.

Survivors: her sister in law, Nancy Hughes of Watertown, several nieces and nephews; beloved friends, Bob and Karen Toper of North Carolina and their family.

A memorial service will be held Monday, November 13, 2023 at 12 pm in Fairmount Community Church United Church of Christ, Syracuse.
