Margot "Marge" Klock Bevens passed away Saturday surrounded by family. Born in Syracuse, Sep 10, 1932. Marge lived in Solvay and was a member of the Solvay Fire Department auxiliary.
Survivors: her husband, Larry "Red" Bevens; her brothers, John and Walter Klock; her sister, Evelyn Adamo and her eight children; Mary Jane (Paul) Cavano, Larry Bevens, Mike (Maureen) Richards, Kathy Procopio, Maureen (Pete) Procopio, Marjory Yelton, Ronnie (Patty) Richards and Kenny (Connie) Richards. She has 12 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and cousins, as well as a host of others who call her, "Mom" or "Grandma". She always told us, "If I can look in the mirror at the end of the day and ask myself, 'Did I hurt anyone today?' And if the answer was no, then that was a good day." You had a whole life time of good days Mom. Now you can rest. We love you.
Services: 10 a.m. Wednesday at Tindall Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Onondaga County Veterans Cemetery. Calling hours 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home 1921 W. Genesee St, Syracuse.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Solvay Fire Department, 1925 Milton Ave., Solvay, NY 13209
