Obituary of John J. McGurk

John James McGurk, 70, of Warners, passed away Saturday June 26, at home. He retired from Bill Rapp after many years. John was an avid SU sports fan.

He was predeceased by parents, Francis and Evelyn McGurk.

John is survived by his wife of 47 years, Patricia (Clark); daughter, Terri McGurk and grandchildren, Dempsey Harris, Delaney Harris, and Branighan Harris. His brothers, Francis and Raymond; sisters, Sharon (Joseph D’Aries), Kathleen (Edward Knight) and Nancy (Steve Antonetti); several nieces and nephews.

Services: 6pm Wednesday June 30, at Tindall Funeral Home. Calling hours will be from 4 to 6pm Wednesday prior to the service at the funeral home, 1921 W Genesee St. Please celebrate his love for SU by wearing SU attire (optional).
