Obituary of Susan E. Carbone Mansfield

Susan E. (Micheletti) Carbone Mansfield, 98, passed away Monday at Elderwood in Liverpool. She was born in Syracuse on December 17, 1921 to Incoronata (Rossi) and Thomas Micheletti. Susan was a graduate of Central Tech and worked many years for General Motors. She was a good cook and was very social. Susan enjoyed spending time with people and her family was most important. She was active in various bowling leagues. Susan was a good cook and loved music. She dabbled with the organ and could play the accordian. She was previously a communicant of St. Brigid's and St. Rose.

Susan was predeceased by her parents; her first husband, Joseph Carbone; her second husband, Maurice Mansfield; her son, Joseph Carbone; sister, Lucy Micheletti; brother, Thomas Micheletti.

Survivors: her daughter, Joanne (G. James) Deyett; daughter in law, Elizabeth Carbone; grandchildren, Christine Deyett, James A. (Julia) Deyett, Jeffrey (Kimberly) Deyett, Scott (Nadine) Deyett, Steven (Naomi) Carbone, Mark (Tracy) Carbone, Jennifer (Greg) Cooper, and Kevin Carbone; brother, Joseph Micheletti; 12 great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Services: Due to the pandemic, private family service and burial was in Assumption Cemetery. Further services will be at a later date as conditions improve.
