Obituary of Julinne Russell

On August 24, 1962 God created an Angel and sent her to us. Julinne (Lell) Russell, 58, was brought home to Heaven on December 12, 2020. Julie was born in Syracuse, NY and a Tipperary Hill Native until she moved to California where she met and married the love of her life, William ”Rufus” Russell. She worked for Fidelis Care of East Syracuse, NY.

Julie loved life and was a kind, compassionate, loving person to all who knew her. She loved being a Wife, Mother, Grandmother, Sister, Aunt and Friend. Jules loved to go to her camp, play poker, cook, bowl, play darts, travel and being with her family and friends.

Jules is predeceased by her parents, Kathleen and Leonard Lell.

Jules is survived by her husband of 28 years, William Russell; daughter, Ruth Caulkins-Schmidt (Donald), 3 grandsons; sisters, Jannine Petro (David), Patricia Lagoy (Craig), Nancy Lell (Paul Polak); several nieces and nephews, and many beloved friends. We will hold her in our hearts, until we can hold her in our arms again.
