Obituary of Santa Janet Tindall
Santa Janet (LoCastro) Tindall, 77, of Solvay passed away peacefully Friday at her home surrounded by her family. Born in Syracuse, she was a graduate of Solvay High School in 1961. Santa worked at Valley General Hospital, Eddie Bauer, and Boeing while living in Renton, WA. She was a talented seamstress and her beautiful and cherished work benefitted various orders of the Roman Catholic Church, her family, and friends. Santa was a communicant of Blessed Virgin Mary Church.
She was predeceased by her parents, George and Laureta (Kennedy) LoCastro and her sister, Muriel Devaney.
Survivors: her loving husband of 20 years, Robert C. Tindall; her sons, Joseph M. Wierzbicki and Francis V. (Michele D.) Wierzbicki, her beloved grandsons, Colton J. and Colin D. Wierzbicki all residing in Reno, NV; sisters, Earleen Grosso, of Central Square and Caroline (Darryl) Tucker of Lakeland; brother, Onofrio "Jack" LoCastro of Fulton; many nieces, nephews, and cousins; step children, Jennifer (Paul) Dunning, of Onondaga Hill and David (Kathleen) Tindall of Camillus; and step grandchildren, Kaitlin, Ryan, Emily, and Sean Dunning, Annabelle and Avery Tindall.
Services: Due to the current pandemic, Private Mass at Blessed Virgin Mary Church and Burial in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Lakeland will be held for family.
