Obituary of Elisabeth A. Scouten

Elisabeth (Liz) Scouten, 38, of Syracuse, passed suddenly from this world on August 22, 2020 following a brief illness. It is with profound sorrow that we must share the news of Elisabeth's passing. Elisabeth lived her whole life here in Syracuse, but she was always happiest at the beach. She graduated from Henninger High School and recieved an Associates Degree in Accounting from Bryant and Stratton. She worked for BNY Melon for a number of years and was most recently employed at XPO Logistics. Elisabeth loved many things in life, but her biggest joy was her sons.

Survivors: She will be forever missed and cherished by her sons Tristan and Lucas Scouten; her parents, Dan and Wendy (Scouten) Becker; her sisters, Theresa and Rebecca Becker; her brothers, Daniel and Matthew Becker, Jon (Cassie) Kianka of Ohio and Michael Kianka of N.Carolina; many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Services: Calling hours will be 5 to 8pm Friday, August 28, at Tindall Funeral Home, 1921 W Genesee St., Syracuse.
