Larry N. Daniul, 69, of Westvale, passed away June 16, after an unexpected illness at Crouse Hospital. He was surrounded by family. He was a 1969 graduate of Westhill High School. Larry was a 17 year member of the US Army Reserve, 376th Unit. He worked as a civilian employee for the US Army in Mattydale as a heavy equipment mechanic. Larry was predeceased by his parents, Walter and Helen Daniul; brothers, J.R. (Walter), Alan, John, Gary his twin; and his daughter, Marie Carlisle. Survivors: his wife of 31 years, Patricia Vautrain-Daniul; sons, Shawn (Laurie), Kevin (Ashley); daughter, Jessica Vautrain Marcy (Maximillian); brothers, Robert (Christine), Dennis; sister in law, Sue Daniul; grandchildren, Veronica (Chris) Yerkes, Trevor Wallace, Jacob, Geoffrey, Kayla, Cameron, and Ava Daniul, Maximillian, Penelope, and Donovan Marcy, Alyssa Carlisle, Andrew Taskey; great grandchildren, Kaylen, Brooklyn, and Ava Yerkes; God daughter, Lorraine Korkus; and several nieces and nephews. Services: 10 am Tuesday at St. Charles Church where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated. Burial for family will follow in Myrtle Hill Cemetery. Calling hours will be Monday 4 to 7pm at Tindall Funeral Home 1921 W Genesee St. Current NYS COVID guidelines including masks, social distancing, and occupancy requirements will be observed. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to CNY SPCA, 5878 E Molloy Rd, Syracuse, NY 13211.
