Obituary of Joseph Neider

Joseph Neider, 89, of Fabius, NY, passed peacefully away on April 6, 2020. Born in Soll, Tirol, Austria, on November 25, 1930, to the late Bartholomaus and Gertrud (Zott) Niedermuhlbichler. Joseph is survived by his wife, Brigitta Neider, his seven children; Monika (Joseph) Szmul, Rita (Loren) Petzoldt, Nicole (Richard) Wilbur, Mary (Douglas) Kime, George (Maggie) Neider, Laura (Adam) Becnel and Melanie (Anthony) Zapp, and 26 grandchildren as well as family living in Austria. A native of Austria, Joseph immigrated to the US in 1959. He married Brigitta Kunzle in 1964 and they purchased a dairy farm on Penoyer Road, Fabius, where they raised their family. Even after retirement, Joseph worked tirelessly on the farm, helping his son George. He was always willing to help a neighbor in need. Joseph touched many people in his family, community and church with his beautiful wood work. Joseph has been a faithful communicant of Blessed Virgin Mary Church in Warners, NY. He was passionate about his faith and was a member of the Holy Name Society. Services: No public funeral services at this time.
