Jim and Family, We are so sorry for your loss. Your Mom was a special person and it was always a joy to visit with her. I remember how cheerful she was, no matter what the situation and this was clearly evident in all the changes that occurred in her later life. She took everything in stride and never once complained. We miss her emails, especially those where she reminisced about the good old days. She shared with us stories about Hornell and her childhood, your Dad, all those things that shaped her life. We are fortunate to have known your Mom and miss her very much. May God bless you and your family.

Dear Jim and family, I have so many wonderful memories of Mary Ellen, from growing up next door right through these last few weeks. I know I will miss her emails and phone calls keeping us up to date with the happenings in Syracuse, SU Basketball and of course,Hornell. Our whole family will always be grateful for the ways she helped our parents their last few years at home. It was amazing what she could do without even leaving her house. I will always remember my "second mom" with love. She will be missed!

To Jimmy & Family, I was so saddened to read of your Mom’s passing. As young kids we knew and always knew and respected Bill and Maryellen. As young adults we worked with Bill in the West Genesee Athletic club and found out just what a great individual he was but we also learned just how great your Mom was. We loved to meet at your house and have her there to baby the living daylights out of us. I will keep you and your family in our prayers but most of all I will thank God for putting Maryellen in or lives and for that great reunion with Bill and Maryellen in Heaven. Sincerely Tom
