Obituary of Jack Riley

John D. "Jack" Riley, 93, of Fairmount passed away Tuesday surrounded by his family. Born in Syracuse, he served in the First Armored Division of the US Army in Africa and Europe. Jack retired from Conrail as a signal maintainer in 1981. He was predeceased by his son, John D. Riley Jr.
Survivors: his wife of 71 years Alice J.(Slocum) Riley; son, Thomas E. (Shae) Riley of Camillus; grandchildren, Shannon C. (William Brooksbank) Riley, Kathleen A. (Kenneth) Ramsey, Thomas E. Michelle) Riley Jr.; great granddaughter, Kayla H. Riley.
Services: 10:30 a.m. Friday at St. Joseph's Church, 5600 W Genesee St., Camillus where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated. The Rite of Committal and burial will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery, DeWitt.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Enable, 1603 Court St. Syracuse, NY 13208.
