Obituary of Anthony J. Greco

Anthony J. Greco March 26, 2010 Anthony J. Greco, 78, of Solvay passed away Friday. He served in the US Air Force during the Korean War. He was employed by Crucible Steel and retired after 40 years. Tony was a member of the Adelphi Club and was an avid golfer. He was predeceased by his wife of 45 years, Eleanor Greco in 2002. Survivors: his five daughters, Cheryl Ruscitto, Lisa Yuran, Annette Iamondo, Christina Piemonte, Julie Greco; his son, Mark Greco; sister, Filomena Mula; brothers, Jimmy and Peter Greco; 11 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild; several nieces and nephews. Services: 9:00 a.m. Tuesday at the Tindall Funeral Home and 9:30 a.m. at St. Cecilia's Church, Solvay. Burial will follow in Assumption Cemetery. Calling hours will be 4 to 7 p.m. Monday at the funeral home, 1921 W. Genesee St. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to American Cancer Society, 6725 Lyons St., PO Box 7, E.
