Michael P. Coleman August 8, 2011 Michael Patrick Coleman, 82, of Tipperary Hill, passed away Monday. He was predeceased by his parents, Josephine M. and Peter A. Coleman and his first wife Nancy Kerlin Coleman, mother of his seven daughters, and his sister Patricia Coleman. A graduate of St. Patrick's High School, Mike went on to receive a BS Degree from LeMoyne College as a member of the first graduating class. Mike proudly served his country as a US Air Force Lieutenant. He had a long career in sales before becoming proprietor of the Cranberry Lake Inn, Cranberry Lake, NY, where all were welcomed with a wink and a grin. Survivors: Genie McMahon Coleman, his loving and devoted wife of 32 years; daughters, Martha (Mike) Resig, Mary Pat (Dale) Blanding, Peg Coleman, Ellen (Richard) Izzo, Kathleen (Stephen) Bouton, Beth Coleman, Sue Coleman (Norm Carney), 12 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren; brothers, Peter (Mary Pat) Coleman, Daniel (Valerie) Coleman; sisters, Winifred Coleman and Mary Jo Coleman; several nieces, nephews, and cousins. Services: 9:30 a.m. Friday at the Tindall Funeral Home and 10:00 a.m. Friday at St. Patrick's Church, 216 N. Lowell Ave. Burial will follow in Onondaga County Veterans Cemetery with military honors. Calling hours will be from 4 to7 pm Thursday at the funeral home, 1921 W Genesee St. Syracuse, NY. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project, 4899 Belfort Rd., Suite 300, Jacksonville, FL 32256, www.woundedwarriorproject.org.
