Obituary of Ray E. Raymond

Ray E. Raymond of Tipperary Hill, Syracuse passed away Saturday at Community Hospital surrounded by family and friends. Ray was a retired tractor trailer driver and self employed contractor. He enjoyed travelling to area casinos with his companion of 28 years Judy Hanley Ray was predeceased by his parents Elsie and Louis Mitchell, his sister Marian Voodre, and his brother Albert Mitchell. Survivors: his companion, Judy Hanley; his five children, John, Dawnmarie, Jay, Wendy, and Jamie; 7 step children; many grandchildren and great grandchildren; brother, Paul (Gloria) Raymond, sister, Diane (Lawrence) Neuser; several nieces and nephews. Services: Calling hours will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at the Tindall Funeral Home, 1921 W Genesee St. Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Park and will be private for family.
