We will miss Mary Carol very much, and her 'gentle' voice that always let us know when she was near. We will miss all the good times we shared with her and the greater Kennedy family, just as we remember the sad times that we also shared. We will pray for her and all your family, and hope that she thinks of us, and intercedes for us with the Lord in heaven.

Bob, Bill and Carol Ann,
Your Mom what a woman. From my earliest memories Mary Carol was in my life. After she "chased" that paper boy down she had eyes for no one else. Your Mom was a treasure of the heart and her lasting legacy will be the love she had for you, for her parents, for her sisters, and for the rest of her family.Trust in your faith, and wonderful memories, to get you through this. Although her deep and joyful laugh will be quieter nowc she will still be there to silently embrace you and to light your way. There is an Eskimo Proverb that says "Perhaps they are not stars, but rather openings in heaven where the love of our lost ones pours through and shines down upon us to let us know they are happy."

I have fond memories of Aunt Mary Carol from my earliest days of childhood when our families would get together in the summers of the 1960's and 70's. Her care and love for all who visited her home was an inspriation to all who knew her. When my mother got sick last year, there was Aunt Mary Carol offering a word of encouragement without complaining about her own physical problems. And when I introduced my wife Melissa to her at Aunt Helen's 50th last year, although Aunt Mary was visibly in pain, she was gracious and thinking of others; she helped my wife feel at ease and welcome. She will always be an inspiration to me and will be missed. May the Lord, who comforts all who mourn, bless you all during these days and months to come.

Dearest Aunt Mary Carol - we could always count on you for advice and unconditional love. You never judged us and loved every neice and nephew equally as your own children. We will miss you terribly and know you will be happy with Uncle Bob, Danny, Grampa and Grandma forever more in heaven.

Dear Bill and Family,
I am so sorry to hear of your mom's passing. When I think of your mom, I think of a whirlwind of love, affection, kindness and humor all crammed into a stout figure which could barely contain her exuberance and zest for life. That which we loved is never lost to us; only briefly separated from us, albeit painfully. May your family, friends and loving memories console you in your time of loss.

To Bill and the rest of Mary Carol's family, I am so sorry for the loss or your Mom. She was a terrific woman. I was out of town all week and just read the obituary in this morning's paper. I am sorry I missed the services. I will never be able to think of Mary Carol without that huge smile on your face. Hopefully Bob was waiting at the gate to be reunited with her for eternity. God Bless you all.

Dear family, I was a neighbor of Mary Carol and Bob and they were so special to me. Mary Carol and I had our girls at the same time, Carol and Lori. We enjoyed many good times with the Fishers. Pete and I would visit with Mary Carol at the office later in the 2000s. Mary Carol is really loved by us and your family is in our thoughts and prayers.

Dear Robert, William and Carol Ann,
I first met your mom when I was at Bishop Ludden. She had a generous spirit, a contagious laugh and limitless love. We met many times since then and she always had that hint of mischief behind her smiling eyes. You've lost a great role model, yet she remains closer to you than ever. Please know that you are in my prayers as you grieve your loss.
