Laura E. Curtis March 14, 2011 Laura E. Curtis, 82, of Syracuse, passed away Monday at Van Duyn. Born in Split Rock, she was a 1945 graduate of Split Rock High School. She enjoyed gardening, playing cards, and going to bingo with her sister Midge. Laura was predeceased by her husband, Harold "Corky" Curtis in 1985, siblings, Alex, Lydia, Mary, Clara, and granddaughter Jennifer Bush. Survivors: daughter, Susan L. Barr of Syracuse; sons, Donald J. Tomasino of Onondaga Hill, Martin D. Curtis, Marshall B. Curtis, all of Syracuse; sister, Margaret Cherry of Syracuse; brothers, Frank Csiga of Carson City, Nevada; grandchildren, Lenore, Donald Tomasino, Jeffrey Bush; 6 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews. Services: 9 a.m. Thursday at Tindall Funeral Home. Spring burial will be in Howlett Hill Cemetery at a later date. Calling hours 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, 1921 W. Genesee St.
