Obituary of Marie J. Piedmonte

Marie J. Piedmonte March 9, 2011 Marie J. Piedmonte, 88, of Solvay passed away Wednesday. Born in Syracuse, she worked at Syracuse China for over 35 years and retired in 1977. She was a communicant of St. Cecilia's Church. Marie loved spending time with her whole extended family. Her interests included crafts, ceramics, and pottery. Survivors: her uncle, Victor Palerino of Solvay; many cousins, extended family, and Godchildren. Services: 9:30 a.m. Saturday at Tindall Funeral Home and 10:00 a.m. at St. Cecilia's Church, 1001 Woods Rd., Solvay. Burial will follow in Assumption Cemetery. Calling hours will be from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Friday at the funeral home, 1921 W Genesee St. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Cecilia's Church, 1001 Woods Rd., Solvay, NY 13209.
