Shirley J. (Harter) Parker, 87, of Syracuse passed away Friday, at Van Duyn Center. Born in Syracuse, she was a graduate of Split Rock High School. She was predeceased by her parents, Harry and Leah Harter, her siblings, and her husband, Leo Parker in 2002.
Survivors: her brother, Donald A. Harter of Rome, NY; her step children, step grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Services: 10:00 a.m. Friday at Tindall Funeral Home. Burial will follow in White Chapel Memory Gardens, DeWitt. Calling hours will be 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. prior to the service Friday at Tindall Funeral Home, 1921 W Genesee St, Syracuse.
