Marcia was married to my cousin, Dan “Red” Mathews. Dan’s father was my Dad Joe Mathews’ older brother. We saw each other many times over this past several years and I was always struck by how much we had in common; I am also an RN, worked at Crouse, and am physically active.
Marcia was always so kind and interested in our family. She endured major losses, such as her husband and her son Patrick, both of whom I recall vividly. Our family has lost a great matriarch; I am so sorry to read of this; I can only believe she has gone straight to the arms of our Lord.
Sadly, Cathleen Mathews Donegan

Sincere condolences to all the entire family. She will always be cherished in our memories. She is so admirable in so many ways - her strength, character, resilience, wit, she gave the best medical advise and of course, such good company. I miss her laugh already! We are all better for having her in our lives!
