Obituary of Delores Elizabeth Gilmour

Delores E. (Dunn) Gilmour, 89, of Tipp Hill passed away peacefully in her sleep August 8, at St. Camillus. Born to Charles and Ruth (Riffinburg) Dunn in Port Jervis, NY she lived most of her life in the Syracuse area. Delores previously worked for General Electric, Coleman's, and Syracuse Stamping company. While raising her family she loved family outings at the St. Lawrence River. She enjoyed knitting, crocheting, game nights with her family, and had a great love for cats. Delores and her husband John loved to go for coffee every night together. She adored the fall season as well as all the lights during the Christmas holidays.

Delores was predeceased by her husband, John in 1980, brothers, Billy, Sonny, and Donald, sisters, Joan, Ruth, and Nancy.

Survivors: daughter, Tina Gilmour; son, John Gilmour; daughter in law, Kathryn Gilmour; step daughter, Elaine Cosentino; grandchildren, Nicholas Charles (Rachel), Megan Elizabeth (Cody), Alyssa Gabrielle (Bob); great grandson, Waylon John Bobinchak; sister Rhoda Dolacky; several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Graveside Service: 12pm Wednesday, September 17 in St. Mary's Cemetery, DeWitt.
