Obituary of Joan M. Wallace

Joan M. Wallace, 85, of Syracuse, passed away on Wednesday. Born in Albany to the late Roy and Asta Johnson. Joan was predeceased by her husband John who she was married to for more than 50 years. Joan was a retired school bus driver. She was a loving mother and grandmother. Joan is survived by her daughter, Linnea E. Mrozek, (Leonard); sons, Keith J. Wallace (Danielle), Mark A. Wallace, Tod E. Wallace; grandchildren, Benjamin, Ashley, Brittany, Kaitlyn, Connor, Tod Jr, Johnny, Meghan, Marni Jo and several great grandchildren. The family would like to thank the staff of the C-Unit at St Camillus for all their wonderful care of Joan. Services: A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Burial was in Onondaga County Veterans Cemetery, Syracuse. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Friends of St Camillus 813 Fay Rd Syracuse, NY 13219.
