Obituary of Victor F. Palerino

Victor F. Palerino, 97, of Solvay, went to be with the Lord on Friday while surrounded by family. Born in Syracuse, he attended Christian Brothers Academy. Vic was parts manager and sales manager for Forsythe Motors. He would later be owner and operator of Central City Hotel. Vic was a communicant of St. Cecilia's Church. He was predeceased by his wife of 69 years, Elizabeth in 2010. Survivors: two sons, Francis V. Palerino, of Solvay and Paul J. (Linda) Palerino of E. Syracuse; grandchildren, Victor, Ann Marie, Mary Beth (Anthony), Andrea (Sid), Alexis (Joe), Michael; 13 great grandchildren, 1 great great granddaughter; several nieces and nephews. Services: 9am Friday at Tindall Funeral Home and 9:30am at St. Cecilia's Church where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated. The Rite of Committal and burial will follow in Assumption Cemetery. Calling hours will be 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday at Tindall Funeral Home, 1921 W Genesee St, Syracuse, NY.
