Adair Quinn McArdle, 83, Lifetime Syracuse resident died on Friday, April 18, 2014 at Francis House of complications from lung cancer. "Peaches" was a graduate of Vocational High School. She retired from the Onondaga County Medical Society. She was a lifetime member of Friedens UCC until its closing. She was an active member of many clubs and organizations throughout her life, most recently The West Side Seniors and her beloved Red Hat Rejects. She was predeceased by her husband Andrew McArdle her son Patrick "Mickey" McArdle and her brothers Charles Quinn and Robert Quinn. Survivors: her children; Margaret Marko (Wayne Douglas) of Geddes, Barry (Janet) McArdle of Camillus, Brian (Sue) McArdle of Solvay, and Mark (Mary) McArdle of Onondaga Hill; also her brother, Irving (Virginia) Quinn, her sister, Arlene Mc Chesney and sister in laws, Veronica Quinn and Mary McArdle. Many nieces and nephews and was Grandma to nine grandchildren and six great grandchildren. Services: 10:00 a.m. Tuesday at Tindall Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery. Calling hours will be 4 to 7 p.m. Monday at the funeral home, 1921 W Genesee St. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Food Bank Of CNY, 7066 Interstate Island Rd., Syracuse, NY 13209
