Obituary of Ann M. Pippitt

Ann Marie (Vellano) Pippitt, 93, life resident of Solvay, passed away peacefully on March 24, 2014. Ann was employed by Chrysler Corporation for 33 years, and retired from the position of Head Cashier in 1984. She was a communicant of St. Brigid and St. Joseph Church, and a member of the Altar and Rosary Society. Ann was a member and past officer of the Solvay- Geddes Business and Professional Women, and a member of the VFW Auxiliary. Survivors: Ann is survived by her son, Donald, of Williamsville, NY; niece and nephew Suzanne and J. Michael Placer, of LaFayette, LA; niece and nephew Charlene and F. Paul Vellano Jr., of Syracuse, NY; five great nieces and nephews, two great, great nephews, and one great, great niece. Services: The Rite of Committal and Burial was held at St. Mary's Cemetery, DeWitt.
