Obituary of Helen M. Oakley

Helen M. Oakley April 17, 2010 Helen M. (Olech) Stapleton-Scullin-Oakley, 84, of Leesburg, FL and formerly of Onondaga Hill passed away April 17th at The Villages Hospice House, FL. She is survived by her children, Patricia (Jeffrey) Baker, Hanover, PA; Richard Stapleton, Sayre, PA; Robert (Catherine) Stapleton, Brewerton; and Kenneth Stapleton, Cicero; her sister, Mary Patricia, Leesburg, FL; brothers, Frank (Madge) Olech, Central Square, and Stanley (Sally) Olech, Camillus. She has 5 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by husbands John R. Stapleton, Daniel Scullin, and Charles Oakley, Sr. and by two sisters, Agnes Gaffee and Margaret Olech. Services: 9:30 a.m. Monday May 3rd a funeral Mass will be celebrated at Basilica Of The Sacred Heart, 927 Park Ave. Syracuse. Entombment will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery, DeWitt. Calling hours will be 1 to 3 p.m. Sunday, May 2nd at Tindall Funeral Home, 1921 W. Genesee St., Syracuse.
