William N. Tait
June 11, 2010
William N. Tait, 69, of Solvay passed away Friday. Born in Glasgow, Scotland, he came to the US in 1966. He worked many years for Allied Chemical and later retired from New Venture Gear. Bill loved spending time with his grandchildren, watching soccer, and enjoyed traveling home to Scotland. He was predeceased by his wife Esther P. Tait in 1994.
Survivors: daughter, Sharon W. Tait of Camillus, son, Nairn (Deirdre) Tait of Onondaga Hill, daughter, Carrie Robson of Camillus; grandchildren, Morgan and Ethan Tait, and Keara Robson; his brother, Andrew Tait and sister, Margaret McCue of Scotland. The family would like to thank the 9th and 10th floor staff of Upstate Hospital, especially the staff of 9G.
Services: 10:00 a.m. Wednesday at Tindall Funeral Home. Calling hours will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home, 1921 W Genesee St.
